Got this article from a ReSteem by @solarguy Thank you! I love the use of recycled bottles to create a configurable sign. I'm sure it takes time to load the bottles with the correct colors but it has to be cheaper than a direct view LED sign! You get a +1 from me my friend.
Thanks @iceburst! Well... it is definitely cheaper than an LED sign, but... well... the resolution isn't quite as high! Heh... that said, it gets bonus points for sustainability yeah? :-)
Hey @solarguy thanks for the comment and the resteem! The actual name of the project is the "Solar bottle pixal project". It's actually intended more for the daylight because the sun lights up the bottles from behind. I will post again on this with some daylight shots... solar shots... that you'll appreciate!
