7th Day on Steemit - Received $38 | Share Tools for New Steemians
Hi Guys,
This is my 7th day on Steemit. Today is the 1st time I received my reward. It’s not much, but it’s a great feeling when I receive the payout.
With no intention of being cocky, below I want to share my achievements so far :

The reason I share this is because I want to encourage new steemit members to be more excited on steemit. It's worth your time, your hard work paid well by the community. It's a great ecosystem that you can find a lot of opportunities here.
Also, for all new steemians, I want to share what kind of tools that I used. Hope it’s useful :
Useful tool to check your stats, live upvoting list, our curation & author payout rewards, and latest posts based on trending, reputation, etc.
It’s a similar tool as Steemnow with more detail statistics
A tool to check your potential steemit payouts
Tool to “Follow Exchange” & “Upvote Exchange”
Autovoters tool to ensure that you give your vote in right away on the authors you are following in order to maximize curation rewards.

I personally also use this tool, not only for the above reasons, but also to reward my upvoters (my curators). Usually I execute this bot around 45 minutes – 60 minutes after my posting, to give enough time for my fellow steemians to upvote early (before I execute the bot) so they could get a pretty good curator rewards from it. That’s why a lot of steemians use the previous tool (Steem Voter) in order to maximize their curator rewards by setting up the “Voting Delay Time” prior the boosting time.

Excellent Post. I'm going to check out some of these tools as well as some of your previous posts. Going to follow you too, and try to learn from you because this kind of rep and payout in just 7 days is impressive.
I did notice too that topics related to Steemit or Crypto are the most popular. Fiction also seems to be quite popular around here.
I have a question: did you invest in SteemPower in the beginning and if so, would you care to share how much? Or was everything built up from scratch?

Congratulations on your success! I'm not a fan of these "tools" though. I think they create a fake community where actual content creation is not in the center. Just look at instagram. 90% of all comments are just generic comments or emojis. I can easily see Steemit becoming this way. On YouTube this problem barely exists at all, and the way YouTube is now, it's doing a great job bringing great content to the right people.
I think this is a great point about Instagram. It feels like genuine commenting is non existent on that platform whereas one of the draws to Steemit should be the community. (I have only been here a day so I'm slowing finding out how things work around here)
Couldn't agree more. I am new to steemit but I hate the way Instagram is slowly converting in a bot-only place. I got around 200 followers in a week because I used the hashtag #style. Then, slowly saw them leaving me without even liking or commenting any of my posts. And I do get attention from real followers on instagram. But those bots hordes are just annoying!
I should start using #style :p

I really don't like the idea of using bots to maximize rewards. It seems like a very inorganic experience.
Exactly! The whole point of Steemit is to give value to those who bring value to the network, not reduce the value of the network by distributing value to onyone or anything.
