My first name story

My name is Ats Mihkel, from Tartu city, Estonia. As I was reading some posts today I came up with idea to tell you a story about how I got my first name. Enjoy!

I think i was about 8 years old when I asked my mom first time: "why did you name me Ats Mihkel?". So she told me this story:
I really wanted you to be Ats, but your father didn't like this name. He tought the best name would have been Mihkel...So we argued alot, my mother said. Names they wanted to use as well were Sass, Pärtel and one more I don't remember anymore.
So,when my parents went to the vital statistics office, they couldn't choose which one was better, Ats or Mihkel, and they started to argue again. Finally, official said: "If you can't pick one, use both names". This is the solution they picked. And this is the story "How I got my first name?".
I personally would have liked to have one name, but I am happy with this too! :)
