My Introduction post to the steemit community <3

steemitbild.jpgHello My name is Timothy or @timothybusker here on steemit.
As my name might hint I'm working as a busker, for those of you unfamilliare with the term I play musik in the streets. My style is singer songwriter, guitar and vocals, with an extra love for the art of communicating the lyrics.

I mostly play Friday and Saturday nights in my hometown Gothenburg the second most populated city in Sweden. I find it most fun to play when people arnt in a rush to get somewhere and actually take the time to stop and listen... so the weekends it is.
Sometimes I travel up to Oslo the capital of Norway to earn some extra coin and I also try to attend the yearly buskers festival in Beitostølen also in Norway.
If travel abroad for a more lengthy period or go to some other part of Sweden I usually bring my gear and try to play in new places!

I really love busking, the freedom of it, the fact that I dont need to plan my life with a calander very much and that I get to share what I feel and have to say to with basically everyone that chose to listen, all walks of life, the rich, the poor, people of all beliefs, political views and musical orientation.
And one thing really love about playing the streets is the lack of pressure, as in if you dont like/connect with what you hear you can just keep walking... I feel this really brings out the best of me as a musician and as a human being.
Iv been busking for about 12 years now (although I did play in markets with a flute even as a kid from age 7 to 13).

Apart for busking I also play on weddings and parties, and very rarely bars... but I usually dont like playing in bars yet still I give it a shot from time to time when a bar owner/booker hears me in the streets and ask me to play in the bar (mostly to challenge myself a bit ;) ).

In my spare time I also play a lot of music and I like to attend open mic nights.. my hometown has a lot of great musicians and the open mics often become like musical communitys. I love to see in the moment and over time what happens with musicians and there musical expression when the atmosphere is leaning more towards supportiveness rather then competitiveness. There can be amazing trasformation!

Sometimes I write songs but so far its rather rare.

Apart from music I like to better myself as a human being through self investigation and letting go of habits that are harmfull to some extent and through spiritual trasformation. My spiritual views lean toward nondualism/advaita vedanta. I dont follow any religion neighter have I come across any religion that I feel truly connected with.

My politics views lean towards anarchism and the branch anarchosyndicalism. I dont belive in armed revolution but I generally have no problem with civil disobedience, rather I salute it if I see that it is for a good cause.
Most of my adult life I have been uninterested by politics and my recent political intrest in anarchy is still taking shape. Id love to deepen my understanding.

I hav'nt followed the development of crypto curencies closely but I think it could be really useful in the fight for equality and freedom. This is one of the reasons that I created this steemit account. To get a better view of and experience about what this might mean for our precent and future society.

I want to broaden my understanding, especially about anachy and anarchy today and about crypto currency. I dont like to read long texts on my computer so if you want to share something that you think I might find usefull I'm much more likely to understand if the text it shot and big pictured or if the information comes in the form of a video especially when communicated by a good speaker.

If you want to discuss busking, busking gear, music, anarchy, crypto currency, or spiritual questions (ofcourse im open to new things and to discuss other topics as well) then lets connect!

With love and respect

Welcome to steem community a place where people help each other . Steemit is the perfect example of working together it shows how important team work is .
Below are a few basic points of advice re posting on Steemit.

Longer posts are more lucrative than short posts. If you make a post of 20–30 paragraphs, it's more likely to earn rewards.
Include some photos, images or graphs, to complement the text.
Make sure the text and photos are formatted properly, so that your post looks attractive and appealing.
Be yourself.
Be interesting and informative.
Create quality content. Steemit is intended to be a platform of quality content. (You will see many insignificant posts with meager content and no quality. Most of those of posts [called “shitposts” by Steemit whale Stellabelle] will earn few rewards and soon pass into oblivion.)
Get online and start curating. Read various posts, comment on those posts you find interesting, and upvote those posts. That’s the best way to attract followers.
Hope this helps for now. Good luck, and Full Steem Ahead ... to greater health and wellness ... and, well, wealth... Will surely follow you and eagerly waiting for your new post !!
