Let me introduce myself to the world
Hello world , my name is Joseph Kamau, am a Kenyan citizen, I was born on December 1 1981 in a town called Kissi in Nyanza province, then we moved to Nakuru Kenya where I went to school in Jamhuri primary school then Nakuru Day secondary for 4 years before going to Koelel high school . Then I moved to Nairobi the capital of Kenya for my university education in information technology. Am what they call a geek. Am the second born in my family, I had one brother who passed away due to illness and a sister who still lives in Nakuru. I come from a family of uniformed officers, my dad is a retired chief Inspector of police and my late mom was a prison warden. Am currently married and have two handsome boys.
Growing up in Nakuru was an adventure, am an introvert who loves nature and open spaces and outdoor adventures and Nakuru is full of that. It’s a Rift Valley town sitting between several nature outpost, on the north is the extinct Menengai crater which one of the biggest caldera in Africa, to the south is Lake Nakuru national park which is a birds paradise and the east is Lake Elementaita which is another birds paradise and a rift valley lake. There was always plenty to do in this town and that is where I learn the intrigues of nature and travel. Nakuru is also surrounded by several hills and valleys where one can do excursions and hikes. On my free days I like to get out of town with friends and go see nature, am also a photographer.

One of my hobbies is sports, am a big sport fan, growing up I used to play football and in high school and campus I played rugby where I played as a winger. Sports shaped me to be aggressive in life. Am a big Kenyan Shujaa team and New Zealand all blacks national team, Am also a big Arsenal FC foot team fan, they are one of the best team in Europe. One of my bucket list is to watch All Blacks play in a Rugby World Cup Game or watch Arsenal play in the Emirates stadium.
My other life hobby is been a geek, am a tech nerd through and through, half my life I have been around gadgets and its part of my daily life, I graduated with a diploma in information technology and I have never looked back. Recently I have been interested in A.I. The evolution of AI has been threeling to me especially in the image generating space, am a digital artist this days as I try to tinker with it and see what it can do. I use Midjourney and leonardo.ai to create images. His is going an interesting end ever going forward.

My other hobby is food I love good food and like to travel to different places just to sample some. I have a taste for spice foods . In future I want to be a travel blogger as I age. I want to see as much of the world with my boys as possible before they grow up and leave home, I want them to experience the world and open their thinking. I know travel open up possibilities and would like them to explore all those possibilities
