This is a very good idea to counter malicious flagging and down-votes. As I am delegating to other projects, I am not able to support this one with Steem Power. It is a very good idea though.

I wish you much luck with this project. Hopefully it will, indeed, protect the innocent. I applaud your action in assisting those caught in the middle.
