Hello! My name is Zac and I am a self taught blacksmith from Waco, Texas. I have been blacksmithing for about 5 years and I'm very excited to share my future projects with all of you!
Here's a picture of my main forge and anvil. Both of which are from the early 1900's. The forge burns coal and has a hand-cranked blower.
I recently finished this towel rack, a spoon, and a bottle opener.
I will be posting a step-by-step guide on how to forge a boar spear in a few days, so stay tuned!
Hello, from Australia! I visited Waco many many years ago on a road trip... it was probably my favorite stop along the roadtrip through Texas!

I love Central Texas. My kids were all born in Waco! Hillcrest Hospital to be exact. A great mid sized Texas town.

Awesome, thanks. I will be posting more blacksmithing stuff as soon as it cools off a bit. My shop does not have A/C, which is pretty rough in this summer Texas heat.
