Out of curiosity and my willingness to explore more about cryptocurrencies, I stumbled into this place, steemit.com or should I say steem blockchain.

Before I share with you my 2 years and counting journey of being a cryptologist(if there is a word like that), I want to formally introduce myself. I am John Keith, my friends call me @jankit because they find it very cute and locally original to pronounce. For some security reasons, I can't share with you my selfie or my face to the public. I am currently working as a hedge fund manager. I hold a lot of clients and it's critical to share my real identity for it's also their concern that I should always be safe.
So why I am here? Secretly, I also currently holding some bags of cryptocurrencies. They're from my savings for almost 6 years of working as a banking assistant to bank manager position. They're not from my clients, I can assure you that. Being a hedge fund manager is sometimes stressful for you are not just minding your own goals in life but also your client's dream about finances.
A year ago, I was so excited to hold some alternative cryptocurrencies aside from bitcoins, so I bought 50 ETH and 200 EOS. They're both expensive at that time and compared to what it is now, I am currently going breakeven. And that leads me to try other cryptocurrencies that yield a passive flow of income like staking, delegating, and without so much work to do like trading. Among 10 cryptocurrencies that I spent time studying, steem for me offers the best inflation when you get to stake your tokens. That's just for the inflation, considering that I can get other forms of returns like lending, interaction to the distribution of rewards and content writing, steem makes the best out there.

ETH - 20%
EOS - 25%
ADA, VET, XRP, USDT, DAI, TRON - 35%
I am considering adding Steem on my portfolio but for now, I will further study how this will play out. I am not so fond of making blogs or write about myself but I am so open. I will try to figure out first my ideas and will try also to interact to other investors here.

Your story about your crypto journey was almost the same as mine, bought them expensive than their price now as you know 2017 crash makes us bag holders of many altcoins.
