About myself...

For starters... I'm a total Newbie to Steemit! So this post is as a reference to profile type of thing because I can't figure out where the heck to put one up... so anyway, for those in question.... enjoy!

My real name is Rick DesChênes McGrath and I’m basically what some would call a ‘Mystic’ by definition, as well as a freelance ghost-writer, English Teacher (With an International TESOL/TEFL CELTA Diploma), a bit of a musician, ‘An Artist I guess we could say’, and a former construction worker (before my back injury). I have over 50 years of living experience in this social jungle we’ve come to believe is our home, (when it has long been seized in fact, by rich ruthless Idiot warmongers)!

Am I angry... well somewhat I guess, since I do mention it, but there is still hope for mankind when we see forums like this one rising up out of the jungle like trees of life for future generations to climb and breath fresh ‘clean and Free’ Oxygen in! I also like the rise of decentralized currency or ‘Crypto-Currencies’ on SOLID ‘Blockchains’, since these also provide independence and I will share what I find interesting in this domain.

Religion, Beliefs and Ideology...

Although a Caucasian, (of Swiss and Irish genetics), I do have a very profound inner resonance with Hindu Ideology since it is that which most echoes with my personality. That being said, I also strongly condone Buddhism since it shares many common principles with Hindu, Hopi Indian and other Aboriginal ways of life and ‘Earth-Mother respecting’ traditions. This trait of character favors the non-religious quality of my philosophy being that I do not associate or identify myself in, by or with any belief systems but remain open to Life itself as the guide to my accepted truth fundamentals.

I’ve read many theologies and find them all to be the same in their basic concepts, contents and ultimate purposes which simply tend to lead their believers into submission of self to external Authorities over the free will and inner expansion of individual life, be it civilized or wild. Although many agree and identify with these belief systems, I do not. To each is given their prerogative of choice where true democracy exists, and I empathize with those to whom this choice is denied, which is a most unfortunate injustice. I sincerely hope this injustice is not perpetrated here by adamant preachers of such belief systems who seem to forever attempt to convert others into their preferred ideologies. We can all testify to the results of this practice which only serves to divide and instigate conflict, which consequently creates the very foundation upon which WARS are based. By historic record and simple observation, this is precisely what religious beliefs tend to do.

Openness and Limitations...

All that being said, I welcome all people of any; faiths, nationalities, creeds, genders and colors to openly discuss whatever they wish to discuss with me personally or in response to my input. I am not a prejudice person unless you are attempting to convert me into some belief system. That is where my side of the discussion will make a 180 turn around and you’ll have the great privilege of talking to yourself, someone else or the wall... :)

Why the nickname TIGERBLOOD...

The white Tiger is a figure representative of age and defense. With over 50 years of life, I’ve seen enough and been in enough to defend myself without going totally apeshit over senseless babblings and classic classroom spit ball projectiles. Blood is what runs through our veins and carries life to our body. In this respect, I found it to be fitting since we all have different characters yet blood is common to all of us. Our posts and ideas, thoughts, creations, passions and contributions are essentially our blood we share and sometimes shed. So the Blood of this Tiger figure that I am is what will be shared and shed in these pages I create to and for the enjoyment, entertainment and benefit of all. In my view, we are all one blood, and it all flows ‘READ’. ;)

Aside my personal introduction, please feel free to comment on my posts relative to social themes I share whether you corroborate them, disagree with them, are angry with them or simply appreciate them. Adding links to support your views/input can be great for clarity since I don’t always have time to read them all, However comment threads are sometimes more interesting than the articles themselves and readers can come to rational and logical conclusions by reading your input and following your threads. I will be writing on things I consider noteworthy therefore my opinions will accompany them. This is what makes for an interesting discussion and in many cases opens a fair debate. I welcome everyone to disagree or agree with my opinions openly. We are all in the pursuit of knowledge and truth and we’re all entitled to opinion. By the same token, we are all allowed to be wrong without undergoing harsh and/or insulting repressive judgements! So as a request, I’d humbly ask and expect everyone to use intelligent and respectful language when sharing their ideas, opinions and replies. There’s already too much war in this world for us to indulge in creating more of it here. I’m very open minded and yes I can take a good intelligent and proof warranted scolding when I’m totally wrong, beside the track or out of line. I can sometimes be just as wrong as anyone and it isn’t a crime! We are all on a quest for knowledge and truth, so being wrong is part of the learning process and opinions don’t validate truth and make things facts. So discussions are essential and valid verifiable sources are ‘key’ in collectively establishing what the truths & facts are.
