Glad it helps someone! Best thing to take away is just to trust your instincts! I believe people look for "expert opinions" and yet they land up doing worse than if they just trusted their own beliefs! No one is going to get 100% right but why pay a "financial planner" or worse use mutual funds to charge you a fee to tell you what you can figure out yourself!
