Property Multi-Millionaire by Age 27 - Interview with Samuel Leeds
In today's video, we're gonna be discussing property investing!
I had the chance to meet up with Samuel Leeds, a highly successful property investor here in the UK, to ask him all about:
- What makes property an attractive investment
- How much money is needed to get started
- Whether now is a good time to begin investing in property
- Ways to maximise the ROI that you can get from property investing
- His thoughts on Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies

DISCLAIMER: This is NOT financial advice. I am just offering my opinions. I am not responsible for any investment decisions that you choose to make.
I need to finally get off my butt and buy some rental real estate. I have a diversified portfolio but I want more consistent cash flow to balance out stock market and crypto volatility.
I have been telling myself for years that I need x dollars before I get started. It is time for me to look for other ways to get going. After the first property, buying more should be easier.
Took me some time to reach a place in video where I could make sensible comment. First of all I would like to congratulate Mr. Leeds for his guts and courage to get that early into the business at that early an age.
As he says that it takes time to make money and get stable when you start with nothing. With grit and experience comes a certain success. I like the idea that his business model of renting is different from the big time developers. He would have to lot of experience by now and I would like to know what his thoughts are on real estate based tokens.
One great thing about real estate is its hedge against inflation (when the value of goods increases and gets more expensive). As a real estate investor, you benefit from inflation. That means rent increases, home prices increase, and money in your pocket increases. When the value of a home increases, that means the house has appreciated and appreciation is a great bonus to real estate investing.
There are different ways to making money in real estate. Buy-and-hold properties is buying a rental property, and collecting rent every month. This essentially means becoming a landlord but that depends on if professional property management is used. This is a good long-term investment because income is stable and there is a chance to gain appreciation.
Extremely great advice. I’ve thought about investing before but never thought i had enough money at the moment. Samuel really opened my eyes and I’m super jealous that you got to get firsthand advice from him. Thanks for the video man!!
Amazing interview and tips, I'm looking to buy some piece of land and try to make a living, hope it goes well, thanks as always louis.
Well @louisthomas I agree to that. In my opinion property or the land that is the best and wonderful investment. This is something that can be used for a lot of things. But investing in properties are very difficult. You video gave me a better idea and I think it is good to invest in properties which are in the areas where developments are starting up.
I agree with you totally
Investing in areas where development is at an infant stage is superb!
Great idea to diversify assets as you make healthy gains. Especially if you you got into the crypto space early, it is best to diversify and put gains to further work to securing ones financial position.
Investing in properties is the best and safest. The only thing that cannot be created is the land. So the value is high and it becomes higher everytime.
Though I have never invested in the real estate but one day when I have enough will invest in it. Through your I learnt few new things and it looks like he has a great knowledge about real estate too.
Well I thank you for taking this effort to tell is more about investment in real estate.
Thank you @louisthomas for the great opportunity to hear from Samuel leeds. He is two-times best selling author and a leading property investor. I flipped through his book ‘Do the Possible, Watch God Do the Impossible’ sometimes back.
I found here formulas and secrets about sourcing properties that will enable people to become financially free quickly.
Thank you @louisthomas. It is good to see you pay attention to other investment opportunities, outside cryptos. Never good to keep one's eggs in one basket :)
Crude oil looks interesting as well, with its strong rally over the last few weeks. Will you have a chance to talk about it in future?
