In order to get a proper id you would need to provide with more information; what's the spore color? what were they growing on? do you have a close-up pic of the caps?

It looks like oyster mushrooms. Which are grown on tree trunks and are edible. But please don't quote me on this.
That ones looks old. Fresh mushrooms are white.
However, I used to pick them as a child. Delicious!
