Know Islam
A great pleasure is when God makes us as Muslims. There is no happiness in the world and in the Hereafter except by embracing Islam, the only religion accepted by Islam which is not accepted other than Islam.Allah Subhaanahu wata'ala says: إن الدين عند الله الإسلام "The true religion that is approved by Allah is Islam "(Qs Ali Imran: 19) اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا" Today I have perfected for you your religion, and I have satisfied my pleasure, and I have accepted Islam as a religion for you "(Qs Al Maidah : 3) أفغير دين الله يبغون وله أسلم من في السموات والأرض طوعا وكرها وإليه يرجعون "So why do they seek a religion other than Allah's religion, what is in the heavens and the earth surrendered to Him, (good) with likes or assertiveness, and only for Him they are returned? (Qs Ali Imran: 83) ومن يبتغ غير الإسلام دينا فلن يقبل منه وهو في الآخرة من الخاسرين "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, he will not be accepted and in the Hereafter he is among the losers" (Qs. Ali Imran: 85) ولا تموتن إلا وأنتم مسلمون "And do not die except in a Muslim state." (Qs Ali Imran: 102) This is the greatest and greatest blessing that Allah loves us which we must guard, ie we are made as a Muslim. There is no happiness in the world and hereafter except by embracing Islam. So it is mandatory for us to know and understand Islam with the correct understanding. In fact it is a fundamental and fundamental obligation for a Muslim and muslimah. what is the meaning of Islam? Islam is: "Surrender to God by His martyrdom, addressed to God by exercising obedience to Him and escaping from the actions of Shirk and the perpetrators" (Kitab Al Ushulus Tsalah, Shaykh Muhammad At Tamimi) This is the definition of Islam that we must understand, which contains three
First of all: "Surrender to Allah by His martyrdom. It is surrendered to God by mankinding Him in His rububiyah (inside, giver of sustenance and arrangement), in His uluhiyah (just out of responsibility) and in asthma (names) and His nature. Allah Subhanahu wata'ala speaks for us to worship only for Allah alone إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين Meaning: "Only for You we worship and plead for help" (Surat al-Fatihah: 5) واعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا Meaning: "Worship Allah and do not you associate anything with Him. "(Surat an-Nisaa: 36) From the above understanding comes out two groups of people: The first group is the One who submits to God and also submits to other than Allah. That is, he surrenders himself to God on the one hand by worshiping him like prayer, fasting and other worship, but on the other hand he also worships other than Allah by worshiping a grave for example, or praying to Allah, or slaughtering animals to bertaqarub (exalted himself) to besides Allah. Then such a person would be a polytheist. Allah Almighty says: وجعل لله أندادا ليضل عن سبيله قل تمتع بكفرك قليلا إنك من أصحاب النار "And have allies for Allah to deceive (man) from his way, say," please be happy with your disbelief for a while , indeed you belong to the inhabitants of hell. (Qur'an, 8: 9) ومن يشرك بالله فقد حرم الله عليه الجنة ومأواه النار وما للظالمين من أنصار "Whoever associates (with) Allah, so truly, Allah forbids heaven to be seen, and his place is hell. And there is not a helper to the dolphins. "(Qs Al-Maidah: 72) About Us |" Those who disbelieve among the people of the Book and the polytheists (will enter) the Fire of Hell, they will abide therein. They are the worst of beings. "(Qs Al Bayyinah: 6) The second group is the One who does not submit to Allah and also to other than Allah, they are the disbelievers, like the pharaohs of the past and the atheists of the time now (please see muqadimah duruus Nawaqid al-Islam, Shaykh Shlih al-Fauzan) As for a Muslim is a person who surrenders to Allah alone by worshiping only for Him and not for Him.
Second: Subject to God by obedience to Him.
It is not enough that a person simply says he submits to God without any obedience to Him. It is even obligatory for him to submit to God with submission of his heart, verbal and his members. By carrying out obedience to Him, such as performing the five daily prayers, shaum (fasting) in Ramadan, performing zakat and other obedience. The scholars divide the subjugation into two kinds:
Said Asy Shaykh Ubaid Al Jabiri hafidzahullah: "Submit to Allah and submit this if with dzhiran (outward / body parts) and submission of heart (heart) then it is the practice of those who believe. And if it is only subject to submission of dzhair then it is the deed of a hypocrite. But it is the right subjection which includes the submission of dhahir and inner self. "(Ithaful Uquul bi syarh ats - Tsalasatil Ushuul: 95)
Third: Break away from the actions of shirk and the perpetrators
That is to escape from worship to other than Allah and the perpetrators. In this case Allah Ta'ala speaks of the story of Prophet Ibrahim alaihi wasallam:
قد كانت لكم أسوة حسنة في إبراهيم والذين معه إذ قالوا لقومهم إنا برآء منكم ومما تعبدون من دون الله كفرنا بكم وبدا بيننا وبينكم العداوة والبغضاء أبدا حتى تؤمنوا بالله وحده
"Surely there are good examples for you at Abraham and those who are with him, when they say to their people," We are indeed loose from you and from what you worship other than Allah, we deny your (disbelief) and have been manifest between us and your enmity and hatred for ever and ever until you have faith in Allah alone. "(Surah Al Mumtahanah: 4)
This is a simple explanation of a servant's obligation to know his religion. With the aim of the introduction that led to the practice of Islamic law. Because Islam is the religion that haq (true) that Allah loves for us, and we worship Allah by practicing the Islamic Shari'a.
