Definition of Terrorism.

Am I correct in hearing that Israelis believe that a bombing isn't terrorism because they called and gave warnings ahead of time?

Are bomb threats not terrorism anymore? If a person calls someone and tell them they're gonna drop the bomb before they do it, how is that not terrorizing them? Because planes? I'm confused.

I guess it's just colonizer logic, as always. Same way the US threatening to nuke Japanese cities and then doing it isn't terrorism, and "shock and awe" isn't terrorism.
