Request sites and other resource for IT specialist

In our days we have to much flows of information.
For example many channels in Telegram, groups in Facebook and so on.

I use a several sites to get information but recently I began to think that it is not really actual.

So I wanna get advice or reference to good site with relevant information from IT world.
