here is the secret formula, but do not tell anyone:
-do not take for granted what you got
-feel realized and enjoy doing what you are good at
-appreciate little things
-feed your curiousity
-listen to your inner child
-laugh and hug and kiss as much you can
-don't worry about most of the problems, the solution will come, if there is one, otherwise why to worry...
