Non so se ti sono mancato, comunque eccomi qua, con una nuova fotostoria pronta per te. Per questo nuovo post ho utilizzato alcune foto scattate durante una gara ciclistica amatoriale. La competizione si è svolta lo scorso Luglio nella provincia di Massa-Carrara, in Toscana.
Dapprima ho raggiunto la zona industriale in sella alla mia bici. Ho scattato diverse foto da punti diversi del percorso, un circuito che gli atleti ripetevano svariate volte. Ho poi deciso di anticipare i ciclisti lungo la salita, poiché l'arrivo era previsto sulla cima di una breve asperità. A causa della bassa luminosità del posto, ho dovuto rinunciare a riprendere in tempo reale la zona di arrivo.
Sono comunque riuscito a raccogliere un discreto numero di immagini e a crearne una versione in bianco e nero. Come al solito, una bella vignettatura, un incremento dei bassi toni e delle luci, e qualche aumento del contrasto. Spero che il risultato possa piacerti.

I’m not sure if you missed me, but here I am again—with a brand new photostory just for you. For this post, I used some shots I took during an amateur cycling race. The event took place last July in the province of Massa-Carrara, in Tuscany.
First, I reached the industrial area on my bike. I took several photos from different points along the course—a circuit the riders repeated multiple times. Then I decided to get ahead of them on the climb, since the finish line was set at the top of a short uphill stretch. Because of the low light in that area, I had to give up on capturing the riders in real time at the finish.
Still, I managed to gather a good number of images and create a black-and-white version. As usual, I added a nice vignette, boosted the shadows and highlights, and increased the contrast a bit. I hope you like the result.
