Cassava Farm - Photography
Back in rainy season was when I took this shot. It is a cassava farm. What really intrigued me was how it was well maintained and taken care of.
The leaves of this cassava lookfresh and taking enough nutrients from soil with no grass around to compete with them. No doubt, the owner will get a bountiful of harvest.
I love very much cassava! This vegetable is very good for my severe IBS. Together with potatoes flour, it becomes the right basis for the only bread and cakes I can eat.
