Special Kind Of Cockrell

While passing by at a certain road in an area, I stumbled upon this special kind of chicken. It's a black Cockrell with some kind of feathers that are rare to see.

I couldn't pass by without picking up my camera to capture it. It was busy with a hen finding food on the ground without caring about my presence.
