My Story This Morning: Making Fried Sweet Potatoes

Hello Steemians lovers.
Today I made a snack for breakfast: cassava mixed with flour, then fried. Fried cassava is a delicious and crunchy snack.

It's definitely a pleasure for me to make my own fried cassava at home. Okay, now I'll tell you about the process of making my delicious fried cassava. I started by selecting the right cassava, then peeled it, and cut it into the desired shape.

After that, I washed the cut cassava thoroughly to remove dirt and excess starch. Next, I made a flour batter to mix with the cut cassava.

Then I started frying the cassava in hot oil over medium heat.

I waited until the fried cassava was crispy and golden brown. After that, I removed the fried cassava from the oil and drained it. I sprinkled the finished fried cassava with salt and other seasonings to my taste. And voilà! Delicious, crispy fried sweet potatoes are ready to serve.
