My Story Today: Making Dragon Fruit Donuts
Hello Steemians lovers.
When we talk about potato donuts or milk donuts, they're pretty common, right? This time I want to try making dragon fruit donuts.
😋

Okay, guys, let's get straight to the recipe. First, I peeled the dragon fruit.

I'll just use half of it.
••

Then I cut it into pieces, then mashed it with a spoon and fork.

After that, I weighed it and prepared the other donut ingredients. I've already written down the complete recipe. After all the ingredients were added, before mixing, I kneaded it by hand to make it easier to mix.

Once it was half-done.
I added the yeast and mixed it again until it was smooth.

Finally, I added the margarine and salt. I mixed it until it was smooth and elastic, and until the dough no longer stuck to the bowl.

Once it was smooth, I immediately transferred it to the work table. I formed the dough into balls.

••

After that, I cut it and divided it into several pieces.
••
••

Oh yeah, for the pieces, I used 26 grams. I roasted it really tightly, then let it rest for about 20 minutes, of course, in a covered container.
••
••

And once it was done, I immediately shaped it. This process is called degassing, so it releases air. To make it more elastic, I made a hole in the dough using my hands.
••

Once it was done, I immediately fried it for about 2 hours. And after 2 hours, it was soft like this, my friends.

Okay, now I'm going to fry it.

I fry them over medium heat, tending towards low. The key is to keep the heat as low as possible so the donuts don't burn or cook too quickly, friends.

Honestly, this is my first time making fruit donuts. Actually, without any topping, the color is already very pretty, friends.
••

These are soft inside, just the right amount of sweetness, and the addition of the super delicious chocolate topping makes them even more delicious.
😋

If you like them, don't forget to make them! 🙂
Thanks You.
