Today I Made a Savory and Salty Version of Kue Cubit
Hello Steemians lovers.
Today I'm going to make kue cubit. Have you ever tried a savory kue cubit like mine?

It's not just sweet, this savory version is really savory, perfect for a selling idea because it tastes different from the others.

The ingredients are very simple: prepare the flour.

Add the granulated sugar.

Instant yeast, make sure the yeast is still good or active. Then stir well.

Then add the water, gradually. After that, stir thoroughly. Once it's evenly mixed, add the eggs, preferably beaten first.

Continue stirring until well combined. Once done, add the sweetened condensed milk.

Continue stirring until well combined. Then add the melted margarine.

Finally, add the seasoning, salt, and chicken stock. Once the dough is smooth, it's best to strain it to prevent lumps.

Then, cover the dough and let it rise for about an hour, or depending on the room temperature in your area.

While I wait, I prepare the topping. I use potatoes.

I've peeled them, so I just need to cut them into small cubes. Then I cut the carrots into small cubes as well.

For cutting ingredients, I use the KS-7001 knife set from idealife.

The quality is top-notch; the handle is comfortable to hold. The knife is incredibly sharp, so it can cut meat, vegetables, or fruit super quickly and precisely. It's made of high-quality stainless steel, so it won't rust easily and is very durable for everyday use.

It also looks elegant, complete with a wooden block that keeps the kitchen looking neat and tidy. Professional.

Now, when it's done, sauté the fragrant ground spicies.

Then add the carrots until cooked.

Now, after that, add the potatoes and stir until they're cooked.

Now, once they're cooked, don't forget to season them with a little pepper. Before removing from the heat, I add celery leaves and spring onions to taste.

Then I stir until evenly mixed, then I check the seasoning, and when it's just right, I set it aside. After an hour, the dough has risen and foamed. Then I stir it again until the foam subsides.

Once it's done, I just pour it into the mold.

I preheated the mold over low heat, without greasing it at all because it's non-stick.

Pour the dough into the mold, then I wait until lots of holes appear on the surface.

After that, I top it with potatoes and The carrots I made earlier.

Once they're done, I cover them briefly until the surface is cooked.

Now they're perfectly cooked, I just need to remove them one by one.

Look at the results. These kue cubit are soft on the inside, but crispy on the outside. The savory flavor is just right, making you want more.

Try the savory version of this kue cubit, it's guaranteed to sell. Good luck 🙂
Thanks You.
