How do I make it?
Let's get straight to it.
First, prepare 3 horn bananas.

We peel them and cut them in half. Next, we mix the grated cassava with granulated sugar, add tapioca flour, and salt, then stir until the dough is evenly mixed.

I also used Mohler's and flavoring paste and coloring. This time, I used Perista pandan food to taste.

Then I stirred until combined. Next, I started wrapping. Prepare a banana leaf, spread the dough evenly, then add the banana filling. Then I rolled the banana leaf like this.

And pin the sides together with a skewer to seal them. First, I steamed the grated coconut with a pinch of salt. Steam it briefly to prevent it from going stale.

Then I steamed the cake. I steamed it for about 30 minutes, or until it was cooked through. After the cake cooled, I unwrapped the banana leaf to see what was inside. Here's what it looked like.

Then I coated it with grated coconut.

Okay, now I cut it into pieces.
