Do you think only cooked and processed foods are the food that worth sharing? I don't think so! A different style to represent food story for this week. This week healthy food was my focus so here I come with some fruits and vegetable photographs to share. Some fruits are seasonal here like lychee and pineapple available here in this summer.

Lychee only found here in summer days though pineapple can be found almost all year long. Tomatoes are also seasonal and it's a vegetable for us. Bananas are available all year long and affordable for common people too.

Lychee, pineapple, banana and tomato these foods have huge health benefits and we should have them all in a moderation. Seasonal fruits and veggies can protect us from seasonal flu and disease. Try to add them in your food menu.

Sometimes price of fruits feels high and not reasonable enough but sake of good health many of us don't hesitate to buy fruits that good for health and healthy lifestyle. This was my food post arrangement for this week. This definitely remind you all to eat healthy and stay happy.
