Black is a color. Black does not only mean people with darker skin. Black is only a color and the meaning to that word can be implied, assumed, and placed upon said word. We are talking about helping people become better people, perhaps. But federal government needs to get smaller. We need to demand that we help each other without the help of federal assistance.
