SAO Cafe won't be there at that time, it will be some other anime themed cafe in its place. They do have Gundam and the Square-Enix cafe's all year long if you are interested in them. The UDX building in Akiba has an English map you can get for free.
My advice to you is to just to explore Akiba and enjoy it.
