You're basically in exactly the same place I'm at!

Just gritting my teeth and pushing through this winter, it's been one of the shittiest for various reasons.

I'm going to kick-start this first full week in Feb today witha 24 (maybe 36) hour fast - And hopefully kick out winter and kick start spring in the process. I often find some kind of harsh self-denial works to turn things around in shitty times.

I'll be at work so I'll be meeting shit with shit - almost takes me back to my Aikido days. Mohiri Ueshiba (scuse top of head spelling there) would be proud I'm sure.

As to the crypto - just don't look at it until you hear ripples of good news!
