More JDM Lego!

I came across this picture the other day, someone used it as a 'pic for attention' on their post in a car group, but didn't say where the image was from or how to actually make these, and ive reverse image searched the net and come up with nothing!!!!

I love it though, id build this if i knew how!! If anyone knows... :)
