No , It could a be red flag

They don't know my choice of skin tone.
This should not be a problem for a serious offer I think

    Ive had 2 skype interviews the company has been around for almost 2 decades. to me the skin color is not an issue nor has it ever been but this is a new country and i dont know what the concensus is is all :/

      Cant they afford to pay you the ticket , or at least half?
      If not , they may have financial problems
