Accountability of the Job Search

Where is the Accountability of a Job Search: On the Consultant or on the Candidate?  Running a Job Search is 100% responsibility/accountability of the Job Seeker and not of the Consultant. The probability of Success will depend on the Quality of the Strategy defined in terms of:

  • Proper and Correct Self Definition of Who you are, What you Want and Where you are heading.
  • Correct and Precise information about the Market Practices and Market Growth or Scarcities
  • Correct and Optimized presentation of you Career Path via a LinkedIn Profile
  • Search Methods to be used

I can give 100% warranty of Strategy Formulation, but not any warranty on execution or success because that burden is over the shoulders of the candidate.

Assuming the Candidate has a pretty good definition of what he wants, and that he has a valid an workable strategy then results will materialize in a frame time that will depend on the objectives, in the range of 3 to 6 months.

Finding a job is a serious thing that needs to be approached responsibly. I find it best to use trusted sources like Jooble. All you need is to have a good CV, so you can find many good offers, even if you have no work experience or you are a student and you are looking for a part-time job, and this is quite relevant for beginners.
