Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I recently started using glucosamine supplements and noticed less joint stiffness, especially after my morning runs. Has anyone else tried combining these supplements with specific types of low-impact exercises, like swimming or cycling? I'd love to hear how it’s worked for you or if you’ve noticed other benefits!
