This is an example of what is sometimes referred to as 'shapeshifting' in the titles of youtube videos. This is something to do with them being behind a hologram and it becomes thin for some reason, or perhaps it is controlled by the entity itself and sometimes their concentration goes down. I have seen this example of the 'double eyes' on more than one person and video. It could be that this being has two sets of lids, one having an eye looking thing on it? There are theories on this. Perhaps I shall make a post about it next. I am unsure if I am posting things that everyone already knows or not. I have been connecting lots of things.
Perhaps the entity in question possessing Bieber is the Annunaki.
