Online and software. As I mentioned in the post: Photoshop Mehdi Kaleidoscope Filter - a software for Photoshop - free, Kaleidoscoped Pho.to Effect (this is online) and Paint.net Kaleidoscope Distortion Effect - it's free, already in Paint.net software :)

Various. If you check my previous kaleidoscopes sometimes I use one pic and three/four different software - example https://steemit.com/kaleidoscope/@seckorama/indigoblue-kaleidoscoped here I use for one pic this three tools and online Lunapic kaleidoscope animator.
