Things aren't looking good for Kavanaugh for his word boofed and devil's triangle (heck, went back to searching usenet to try to verify his claims-a bbs system that existed before I bet many of you were even born). Part of me thinks he handled it too much as an attorney, and forgot the fact he was under oath. But I could be wrong.
