Yeah I have tried it before especially when there are guests and on the occasion of Eid festive everyone loved it and it's the dish which is liked by everyone.

In normal life on the day when my husband said today we wanted to enjoy snacks especially shami kabab then I made it, its experience is awesome when it made with red meat but in my city it's not so easy to find good quality meat so I tried with chicken it's taste is not so bad kids loved it.

Moreover kids wanted to enjoy meat and chicken in different ways so making shami kabab is best idea as it's new dish for them and they didn't bore from eating chicken and meat along with pulses.

Prepare the Shami Kabab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures. (6 Marks)
