Hello dear friends,

How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W1, organized by the Honorable teacher @jimiaera02 apu. She has brought us a delicious food, whose name is "Shami Kebab". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Making delicious food is one of my favorite hobbies. I sometimes make delicious food at home. Especially to make the holidays more enjoyable.

Kebab is one of my favorite foods. Not only me, but it is also a very favorite food for my children. Especially when cooking Polau Biryani,
Shami Kebab plays an important role in making that food more interesting. That is why I sometimes make various types of kebabs, including Shami Kebab, at home. I make kebabs with new flavors using YouTube.
Making Shami Kebab is relatively easy; most of the ingredients are at home. So, there is no problem with the ingredients, but there is one problem, which is time, because one of the ingredients for making kebabs is to soak the chickpeas for a long time. In addition, makingShami Kebabs is very easy. And its taste is also incomparable. It is a favorite food for both young and old.

I have a long experience in making Shami Kebabs. Every time I make Shami Kebabs, a festive atmosphere is created at home, and my children surround me. I make delicious Shami Kebabs in a joyful atmosphere.
Since Shami Kebabs have to be fried in oil, too much oil is harmful to health, so I always try to use good quality soybean oil and keep the fried kebabs on a tissue paper. This way, the kebab oil is absorbed by the tissue paper, and I am protected from damage.

Overall, I have had a very good experience in making Sami kabab. Making it creates the possibility of eating delicious food and also strengthens family bonds.

Now I am going to make delicious Shami Kebab above ingredients.

🥙Step 1:-

  • Before starting to make Shami Kabab, I wash 400 grams of beef well, drain the water, and place it on a plate.
  • Now I have soaked one cup of Chickpeas in water for 4 hours, now I wash it well and drain the water, and measure one cup of Chickpeas in a cup.

🥙Step 2:-

  • Now I will mix all the items in a bowl. For this, I take a clean pan, put one cup of Chickpeas in it,
  • Then I put 400 grams of washed and drained beef in the bowl.
  • Now I put two spoons of ginger garlic paste in the bowl. Then one by one I put one spoon of chili powder, one spoon of turmeric powder, two bay leaves, three cardamoms, two cinnamon sticks, three cloves, enough salt, one spoon of cumin powder, one spoon of coriander powder, one spoon of chili powder, one spoon of turmeric powder in the pan.

  • After adding the ingredients, I put two spoons of mustard oil in the bowl. I also put half a bowl of chopped onion in the bowl.

  • After putting all the ingredients in the bowl to make delicious Shami Kebab, I mix everything well.

🥙Step 5:-

  • Once mixed, I put the mixture from the bowl in a saucepan, put the saucepan on the stove, and let it heat on medium heat for a while. After stirring for a while, I add two cups of water. And I let it simmer for about 1 hour, and I cover the saucepan with a lid.

🥙Step 6:-

  • After a while, I shake the meat and the Chickpeas in the stove so that the Chickpeas or meat does not stick to the saucepan.
  • When the meat and Chickpeas are cooked, I remove them from the stove and let them cool. At this time, I separate the bay leaves, cardamom, and cinnamon sticks from the mixture and blend the mixture in a blender.

🥙Step 7:-

  • I will blend the mixture in half in the blender, and I will take care that the meat is not blended completely. This way, when I taste the kabab, the pieces of meat will be felt under the teeth, and the taste will be enhanced.

  • Now I take the half-blended meat and boot mixture in a plate. There, I sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves that I had previously set aside. I then add the remaining half of the chopped onion, as well as 3-4 green chilies.
  • Now I mix all the items well.

  • Again, I mix the egg whites well with the meat and cheakpies mixture.

  • I have reached the last stage of making the kababs. Now, I make the kababs round with my hands and arrange them on a plate.

🥙Step 12:-

  • The kababs are finished, now I will fry them in hot oil. For this, I add a sufficient amount of soybean oil to a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, I fry the kababs one by one in a pan.

  • Now I spread two tissues on a large plate and arrange the delicious kababs on it. As a snack, Sami kababs are complete with sauce. So, I added some tomato sauce next to the kababs.

Shami Kebab is a very delicious and tasty dish; the presence of this dish during the guest reception greatly enhances the quality of the food. Shami Kebab is compared to a noble dish, because this dish was on the list of favorite dishes of Mughal emperors.
