Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander

Today I'm sharing a very interesting and unique experience with you. We all know that ketchup is most liked by all age groups. We used it with burgers and shawarma and rolls. But you ever thought that ketchup is made of mint and coriander, how it would be tasty and delicious.
Today I shared how anyone prepared green ketchup at home using very simple and herbal ingredients. It is not even flavourful and tasty but also full of healthiness.
List all the ingredients used in making Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander along with their correct quantities.

Write the complete step-by-step method of making Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander.
First Step
First of all collect fresh Mint and Coriander. Wash it properly and remove all dust and dirt and dry using a clean towel and net. When mint and coriander are fully dry then removing leaves from buds and branches.
Second Step
Add one glass of boiling water in the blender. Put Mint, Coriander and dice green chillies in the blender. Now blend it properly and perfectly. After some time add white vinegar and blend it that makes a balanced solution and also add salt during this process.
Third Step
Now wash the fresh Tomatoes and remove all the dust and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Putting in clean pot and Cook in medium flame. When tomatoes become soft and tender and peel off tomatoes skin then turn off the flame. After chilling blend in blender and strain using strainer.
Fourth Step
Now add poured tomatoes puree back into the pot in the two tablespoons oil. Using medium flame making it thick. When the puree becomes thick, now add green paste which is made using mint, coriander and green chillies. Continuously mixed it because don't attach any thing to pot bottom. After few minutes I add sugar and away when aroma filled all around and puree becomes thick. Now it's time to chilled it and store in the clean glass bottle.
Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.
Now serve your green ketchup in very beautiful plate. Places some coriander and mint leaves with ketchup. This add Extra beauty to the ketchup. I also write my username and date of the post. This little effort put extra energy and efficiency in your work.
