Homemade Tomato and Basil Ketchup

I am participating in the homemade tomato basil ketchup by @afzalqamar. I hope I will learn and showcase my work through this challenge.

List all the ingredients used in making herbal basil tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities.

I will use these ingredients to make this herbal homemade basil tomato ketchup. These are given below in the table.

In the pictures, you can see that tomatoes are lying on the left side in a plastic basket. I have taken a large plastic basket in which to keep the tomatoes and washed them thoroughly so that all the stems come off. And next to it is basil which I brought from outside. I went out on my bike in the morning to look for Basar if I could find her and I have broken some things from there and brought them to my house.

Now these pictures are showing you everything that on one side I have kept jaggery which is of very good quality. There are many types of jaggery available in the market but I have brought good quality jaggery so that good ketchup can be made and on the other side you can see that black pepper is kept in the plate, hot spices are kept and clove are kept with it. These spices are used to make the taste in ketchup.

The bottle you see in this picture is a vinegar bottle. Vinegar has many benefits and adding vinegar is essential. In this way, tomatoes decompose quickly in ketchup and it is easy to make ketchup. Due to the rapid decomposition, tomato ketchup is made quickly and becomes very soft and it becomes more flavorful. Adding vinegar.

Now in this picture, you all can see that I have cut the tomatoes very well. The round tomatoes look very cute. I have cut them very carefully so that there is no shortage when I boil them in water. And in the next picture, you all can see that I have added a little water to the frying pan and added the tomatoes and started cooking them on low heat.

Now in this picture you all can see that our ketchup is in the process of preparation and now I have put it in the grinder which I had fried, meaning boiled tomatoes, I have put them in the grinder and grind them well. After grinding them, you can see that I have put them in a large pot.

In this picture, you all can see that on the left side, I have taken a pot and put two spoons of oil in the pot. I have not put more oil than that because that is how many spoons are to be put in it. After that, I have put cloves in it. Cloves play a very important role. To make ketchup, I have added cloves and fried them well. They did not turn red for so long.

When I fried the cloves well, I then added the tomatoes that I had ground and then all the liquid tomatoes that were in the pot to the cloves and cooked them well. I cooked them for so long that they did not thicken because the sauce itself tastes good, but thin ketchup does not taste good.

In the picture on the left side, you will see a very cute plate, I took salt, red chili and black pepper in the sauce, these three ingredients are very important for ketchup, and on the right side, you can all see what I have taken, which is very important for this ketchup and without it, this ketchup is completely incomplete.And that thing is jaggery, which I have finely chopped into small pieces. This is what gives the ketchup its sweetness.

Now in these pictures you all must be seeing how I have mixed red chillies, black pepper and salt in the ketchup and also added the jaggery pieces that I had kept in it and mixed it well and cooked it for as long as it takes for everything to be cooked.It was necessary to cook it more so that everything mixed properly and nothing remained in a solid form.

In these pictures, you will see that this was my last step in the process of making ketchup. You can see that after making ketchup, I have taken basil leaves and placed them beautifully on top of the ketchup. After that, I gave it a stir and after some time, I lifted the stir and after lifting it, you can see in the picture on the red side how I have filtered the ketchup with a sieve. After filtering, a very good ketchup has appeared in front of us, which you can see in the next picture.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.

Now I present to you the homemade ketchup which I have prepared with great effort. I have taken a small glass bowl in which I have put ketchup so that I can make a good picture and I have also taken basil leaves. I have placed these leaves around this vessel and the leaves around the glass vessel look very cute and when I have put ketchup in the middle, this scene looks even more heartwarming. I hope you all liked my method in which I have made the ketchup and it is very delicious. I have already eaten it. I hope you will definitely make it and eat it now.
