First of all, take fresh mint and fresh coriander. Wash them both separately in water so that any dirt etc. that is stuck on the surface is cleaned. Then, remove them from the water and place them in a mesh basket so that the water dries out.Now separate the coriander and mint leaves from the stalks. If they come with the soft buds, there is no problem because soft buds can be easily grown.

Today I have chosen a small glass for measuring so that it is easy and you do not have to face any problem. Now I have separated the mint and coriander leaves, then put them in a glass and measured them. To make green ketchup, I have used two small glasses filled with mint leaves and two small glasses filled with coriander leaves, as you can see in the picture.These leaves should be completely dry and not have any water in them. If there is any water, your green ketchup may spoil quickly.I had white vinegar, green chilies, salt, and sugar to use in this green ketchup that I was going to use.

I cut the green chillies into small pieces and boiled the water in a pot. After that, when the water cooled down, I took half a glass of water from it and put coriander and mint leaves in the jug and also added half a glass of water on top. Along with this, I also put the chopped green chillies that I had in my hand in the jug of the juicer blender machine so that I could grind all these things.

I ground it a little, then I put about half a cup of white vinegar that I had in the jug and started grinding it. It slowly took the form of a solution. After grinding it continuously for some time, it had completely taken the form of a paste. I also added salt to it according to taste so that it would also dissolve completely while being ground.
Now it was completely green, a very strong green solution was ready, One thing to take special care of is that the solution prepared after grinding mint and coriander, which also includes green chilies, should not be filtered. If you filter it, its taste and benefits will be reduced, so you have to grind it more so that the solution becomes thinner. but there were still a few steps left to complete this green catch-up, so let's move on to the next steps.

As the name suggests, this is a green ketchup, so to maintain its green color, I don't need to add too much tomato, so I added 350 grams of tomatoes. First, I washed the tomatoes well with water, then cut them into small pieces with the help of a knife, then put them in a pot and placed them on top of the chickpeas. I slowly turned on the heat and added about four tablespoons of water to it so that it would boil quickly and I could get its solution.

The skin of the tomatoes started to peel off, which meant that they were completely ready. I left them to cool for a while, then put them in the jug of the juicer machine and started grinding. After a while, it was completely ground. After that, I filtered it through a mesh cloth.

After filtering the boiled tomatoes, I poured the solution I got into a pot and put it back on the stove and started to slowly light the fire. After a while, this thick solution was ready. Now, I added the green solution I had, which was made from mint, coriander, and green chilies, to it and slowly stirred it with a spoon. After a while, this thick green ketchup was ready. Be careful not to cook it for too long, otherwise its taste may be bitter due to burning.

A very tasty green ketchup has been prepared. Its aroma was spread all around because of the mint. The aroma spread far and wide. It can be used with any food. Everyone can make it easily.
