Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander

I hope you all is doing well and having wonderful day. today I am excite to participat in the Homemade Green Kechup Contest. In this post I have share how and tech you I prepare Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and coriander. This ketchuped is not only tasty but also full of herbal health benefit.

Step-by-Step Recip to Prepre Green Ketchup

STEPs 1:

First of all take fresh mint and coriander in separated bowls. Wash them thoroughly 2–3 time to removed all dirt and dust.
After washing drained the water completely and place the leaves in a strainer or colander so excess moisture drie out.
This step is important becase wete leaves can reduce shelf life of the ketchup.

STEP 2:

Now cut all the ingredient properly. Chop the green chilie garlic mint leaves and coriander leaves. Place everything neatly on a plat. Proper cuted helped in smooth blending and enhance tast.

STEP 3:

Add all the chopped ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1–2 minut until a fine and smooth green paste is forme. Make sure no large chunk remain. Pour the blende mixture into a bwls and set it aside for later use.

STEP 4:

Take water in a pots and bringing it to a boil. Add the tomatoes and boilling for 5 minutes until the skin starts to peel off. Remove tomatos peel off the skin cut them into piece and blended them into a smooth paste. This tomatoes base give thickns and mild flavors to the ketchup.

STEP 5:

Take a pan add a little cooking oil and heat it on low flamed. Poured the blended tomatos paste into the pan and cook for a few minutes. Stir gently until the raw smell of tomatos reduces and it thickens a little.

STEP 6:

Now add the previosly blend green mixture (mint coriander garlic lemons and chilies) into the tomatoes paste. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes so all flavours combine well. Do not overcook otherwise the freshed green colors and herbal aroma may reduced.
