while doing my weight in today I noticed that I still lost weight and body fat but I was surprised that my bodyfat was still at 16% because my muscle defenition looks more leaner.

upon examing the scale, I noticed that I had to choose the athletic male setting instead of just regular male. I will redo the test today after my fasted workout.
