Penyet Chicken

Good night steemian all meet again with me in the same edition, that is cook recipes in the kitchen for mothers at home. Do not be confused anymore in terms of cuisine, because at #steemit.com there are articles or blogs that post in terms of cuisine, especially my own @wiskarni very hobby cook and make these recipes.
This time I will post an article about Penyet chicken.

INGREDIENTS :
1 chicken, cut & sprinkle with water. lemon (no need to be washed again).
3 bay leaves, 8 orange leaves.
2 large lemongrass sticks, crushed.
Salt & sugar to taste.
enough coconut water for chicken ungkep.

GROUND SPICES :
5 cloves of garlic
7 cloves of red onion
2 segments of turmeric
young lengkuas
gingerbread
5 candlenuts

HOW TO MAKE :
Poultry chicken with spices, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, lime leaves, lemongrass, cook with big fire, after boiling new heat up, ungkep until chicken cooked & coconut water dried, lift & fry until cooked, then chicken penyet above cobek , serve with sambal & lalapan.

SAMBAL PENYET

INGREDIENTS :
15 pieces of chili pepper
10 pieces of red curly pink
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
1 tomato.
Salt, brown sugar & orange sauce enough.
Fry all ingredients except salt & brown sugar, use oil used chicken fry, then lift pour into the cobek, roughly ground, serve chili with chicken..
