I use them as washcloths, but you can make pot holders or even place mats. I usually use cotton yarn. I've even made a scarf once.
I will post more projects in time. I will also make a post of how I double knit. It is a way to knit both side at the same time. 2 colors without the strands showing. So both sides of the work is presentable :D
