What Would Happen If the World Lost Electricity?

Have you ever imagined what the world would be like without electricity? Our world relies heavily on it, and if electricity were to disappear, how would we live?

Firstly, everyone would spend their nights in darkness without electric lights and televisions. Oil lamps and candles would become the common sources of light. Cities would no longer have traffic lights, and all electrically powered vehicles would become useless, causing chaos on the roads. Accidents would occur frequently, and traffic would jam every route. People trying to escape to the countryside, unable to use cars, would crowd the roads and pathways. Drinking dirty water from roadside ditches would make many people sick, leading to more deaths.

Seeds stored using electric-powered facilities would spoil, causing a shortage. As a result, the next year's crops would be insufficiently planted. Fields that rely on electric irrigation systems could no longer grow rice and would have to switch to drought-resistant crops. Without electricity to manage floods and droughts, food production would decline, leading to famine. Some would die from hunger. It’s clear that electricity is vital to us. Modern human life is inseparable from electricity; it plays an essential role in our society.

To prevent such a day from coming, we should start conserving electricity ourselves. So, how do you think humanity would live without electricity?
