Black bean tofu & Kimchi 검은콩 두부랑 김치
I went to farmers’ market in my village!
There were so many fresh ingredients and I picked tofu for my dinner tonight! :D
It looks slightly different from what you know, isn’t it? This tofu is made by black bean! It doesn’t taste different from regular tofu but I personally prefer this one, cuz it looks more healthyer!
If you want to enjoy the pure tofu flavour, you just have it with some soy sauce or kimchi.
I’m gonna have my tofu with some of kimchi my mom made.

I had some fried tofu and kimchi on Christmas Eve for dinner. Very old sour kimchi and lots of sesame seeds, just the way I like it. Kimchi was from an old neighbor and toju was from 7-11. Yum seems like you have unique tofu. =)
Yes, this tofu is probably not sold in grocery store. I found it in only farmers’ market! I really like tofu with Kimchi<33 so I’m glad to hear that someone had it in the way I eat in Christmas Eve!:D
