RE: (여러분의 후원을 부탁드립니다) STEEMFEST Korea 2025 (11/29(토) 오후, 서울 강남역)

in #kr3 months ago

Hello SteemFest Korea Organizers @steemfestkorea,

My name is blaze.apps, a developer from Nepal, and I’ve been working on an experimental project called SVM (Steem Virtual Machine)—an EVM-compatible blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK that natively uses STEEM as its gas and base asset. I recently shared my early progress in a post titled “SVM – Steem Virtual Machine: My Experiment with Bringing EVM to Steem”.

SVM aims to unlock real DeFi, smart contracts, NFTs, and cross-chain interoperability for Steem—without altering Steem’s core. It enables STEEM to connect with Ethereum, Cosmos (via IBC), and other major chains through Chainlink, while ensuring every on-chain transaction burns STEEM, creating sustainable token demand.

I would be honored to present SVM at SteemFest Korea, as it directly addresses how Steem can expand its utility in today’s multi-chain world.

However, due to high international travel costs from Nepal and visa-related challenges, attending in person is not feasible for me at this time.

That said, I’d be very glad to deliver a virtual presentation—either live via video or as a pre-recorded talk with a live Q&A session. This would allow me to share technical insights, demo progress from our testnet, and discuss how the community can contribute to governance, bridging, and adoption.

Thank you for considering this request. I deeply appreciate the work you’re doing to foster global collaboration within the Steem ecosystem—and I hope SVM can be part of that conversation.

Warm regards,
blaze.apps
