These are the kind of noodles that I wish I could have again some day. I like those chewy noodles even though it is quite fattening. I hear it's over 10,000 won for a bowl of Jjajangmyeon noodles these day. And guess what? Now that hyperinflation is here, I bet it'll be 12,000 won veeeeery soon.

These days, all I'm eating is Vietnamese Phố, which is also delicious, too. Phố is served in the mornings as breakfast noodles. A Phố restaurant that is across the street from my house is only open from 8am to 10am.

짜장면

이게 언젠가는 제가 다시 먹고 싶은 그런 면이에요. 쫄깃쫄깃한 면이 좋아요. 살이 좀 찌긴 하지만요. 요즘 한국에서 짜장면 한 그릇에 만원이 넘는다고 하더라고요. 그런데 있잖아요? 지금 초인플레이션이 닥쳤으니, 머지않아 한 그릇에 1만 2천 원이 될 것 같아요.ㅠㅠ

요즘은 베트남 쌀국수만 먹는데, 그것도 역시 맛있어요. 쌀국수는 아침에 아침 국수로 나오는데...집 건너편 쌀국수집은 오전 8시부터 10시까지만 영업해요. 가격은 한 그릇에 1,300원이에요.
