Coconut Cake

I discovered that this Vietnamese coconut cake is only sold in the winter here in Việt Nam. I also discovered why. There's a lot of buttery cream and coconut on the cake. So, if it were sold in the hot, hot summer, it would get all melted.

I waited a whole year to get this cake. The whole cake costs $2 usd, and it is very much worth it!
Anyone should definitely try to give this cake a try the next time they come to Việt Nam.
