I'm hoping that everyone stays safe and well throughout this bad economic periods of high inflation. I only do grocery shopping, and other than that, I'm doing great so far. I don't need many additional supplies as long as I have a huge bag of rice, a lot of fermented kimchi, potatoes, onions, garlic, dried beans, and staple Korean spices like gochujang and doenjang and pickled vegetables.

Therefore, I wanted to provide you my recipe for Korean street toast this time. It has buttery toasted bread and is crispy, juicy, sweet, sour, and steaming hot. It can be eaten as a meal because it is not only delicious but also incredibly filling! Most importantly, it contains a lot of cabbage, which makes me feel really healthy. I used to buy this kind of street toast from a man selling from a street food stalls when I was living in Seoul.
