it seems to me as if you are using some sort of tool to automatically vote for posts and author some minutes after the post has been published. I am really looking for a similar tool myself, so I am curious if you could help me out with this?! Thanks a lot if you would be so kind and reply and help me out!

This site can do that. However, please note that there may be errors systematically.
And if you want to automatically get voting for your post, delegation to @upvu. Then you will get a decent profit.

I know about steemdb.online, the problem is just that this is lagging a lot. IN other words, if I tell it to vote after 3 minutes, it will most likely vote after 25-30 minutes (or more). This makes it terrible, at least when it comes to curation, and that is why I am looking for some other option.
